Seeking an Inside Sales Business Development Manager for a leading medical device and software company in the respiratory, speech therapy and athletic industries that developed a FDA registered therapeutic medical and athletic performance devices for healthcare professionals, patients, athletes, and the military.
- Clinical background – could be sales, could be an RN, therapist, therapy assistant – This person has to know how to talk to not only clinicians but administrators (Not Required/ Nice to have)
- Passionate, enthusiastic, motivated, succinct, to-the-point
- Willingness to be a sponge and Learn at the same time be a self-starter and proactive who is not set back my rejections
- Being technology savvy (experience with a CRM system a plus but not required), using social media, internet, and online lists to identify prospective clients.
- Leverage personal and professional network to develop a meaningful relationship for new customers and with current customers for excellent results
- Seeking a person who wants to grow in their profession and move within the company.
Geography doesn't matter – it's a remote position and in fact, if we have someone on Pacific time, we can extend our sales hours and talk with customers in the afternoon on a regular basis
This base salaried position that has unlimited earning potential with an uncapped commission structure. The CEO has put aside a significant percentage of the company stock for top producers in addition to the commission structure.
